IT Inventory
If you opt for our monthly support plan, we’ll come and take a full inventory of your IT assets (desktops, laptops, phones, printers, servers, etc) and give you suggestions on how you can improve your efficiency and security. If required, we can set up monitoring of most devices to ensure they are performing at their best.
IT Policy
As a small business, you might not have an IT policy providing guidance for your staff. Now that social media is so pervasive, it can be difficult to keep on top of who is doing what on which platform. We can provide guidance on best practices.
BYOD
‘Bring Your Own Device’. You might let your staff use their own devices (phones, tablets etc) to access company data. How can you be sure their devices are secure? How do you control what data they have access to? We can give you some guidance.
Guest Access
Maybe you provide guest Wi-Fi for your clients. Is it segregated from your company network? Who would be responsible if a client’s laptop had a virus that destroyed your company’s data? We can advise on best practices to defend against disaster.
